Old-fashioned Ham Salad On Cocktail Rye

  • 1 pound Ham, cooked
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 10-ounce jar Sweet relish
  • 1 small loaf Cocktail rye bread, thinly sliced
  • Cut the ham into large cubes and place into the bowl of a food processor with the metal blade in place. Pulse until allthe ham is niciely minced.

    Add the mayonnaise to the bowl and process. Add the relish to the bowl and process.

    Mound the salad in the center of a serving bowl and surround with slice of rye bread.

    Makes 3 cups.
