Bishop's Bread

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup Oats, quick-cooking
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
  • 1 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup Nuts, chopped
  • Measure Bisquick into bowl; stir in oats & sugar.

    Combine egg, milk & oil; add to oat mixture beating until smooth.

    Stir in chocolate & butterscotch chips & nuts.

    Turn into greased & floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour & 15 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.

    Cook cup cakes 30-35 minutes.

    Cook mini cup cakes 15-20 minutes.
