Vodka Gimlet

  • ~ Ice
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Lime juice, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Simple syrup

    • Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, limejuice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes.

    NOTE: Simple syrup is made by combining 2 parts granulated sugar with 1 part water. simmer, stirring, over low heat, until sugar is dissolved. Chill beforeusing.

    Makes 1 serving.
