Crackle Top Ginger Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream: butter, egg, sugar, mollasses, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture. Chill for about 4 hrs. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Tap lighlty onto baking sheet with fork. Bake 10min. Makes 60-80.
