New Potato And Green Bean Salad

  • 1 1/2 pounds Potatos, red small
  • 3/4 pounds Green beans
  • 1 small Red onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cups Basil, fresh
  • 1/4 cups Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 pieces Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 cups Olive oil
  • Whisk together last five ingredients tomake dressing. Add s&p. Steam potatos until tender; cool; cut into 1/4's. Cook green beans and drain; ice water coolde;cut into 1/2's. Combine vegetables and add dressing; season. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
