Beef, Mexican - Spanish, Party

Layered Taco Dip

  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 Small head Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Medium Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 oz. Cheese, Chedder, Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Black olives, drained, chopped
  • Brown ground beef and season with package of taco seasoning; drain. On a large 18" or 20" platter, layer ingredients inorder.

    Serve cold with crackers and tortilla chips.
