Artichoke Dip (Warm)

  • 1 Jar Artichokes
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Drain artichokes. Using sharp knife, cut out 'choke' part. Discard leaves.

    Mix chopped 'chokes', mayo and cheese in blender. Heat in mirco or oven.

    Serve with crackers or bread chunks.

    This dip is VERY good and Very rich.
