Hot Crab Dip

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cups Milk
  • 1 cups Cheddar cheese, sharp (grated)
  • 1/4 cups Green onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Parsley, dried
  • 1 cups Crabmeat, flaked
  • Melt butter in sausepan, add flour and mix well. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constanly until slightly thickened, add cheese and stir until melted. Blend in green onion, worcestershire sause, parsley and crabmeat. Heat just until bubbly. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
