Gingerbread Pancakes

  • 2 1/2 Cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 Cup Apple Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegtable oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger, ground
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 2 Eggs
  • Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour by 1/4 cup onto HOT griddle.

    Cook untill edges are dry or bubbles stay open, turn.

    If batter too thick, thin with milk.
