Chicken And Spinach Caserole

  • 9 Lasagne noodles
  • 1 10 Oz. package Spinach, frozen
  • 1 block Crack.BarrellWhiteCheddarCheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, dark
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces Sour cream
  • 4 1/2 ounces Jar Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 3 cups Chicken, shredded
  • Mix spinach, chicken and next 11 ingredients. Grease 11x17 dish. Layer cooked noodles and mixture. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. For topping, melt the butter in a skillet and add pecans cooking for 3 minutes. Top caserole with pecans and bake uncovered on 350 for 30-45 minutes. 350°
