Waldorf Salad

  • 2 cups Apples, diced
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1 cups Celery chopped
  • 1/2 cups Pecans, chopped
  • ~ Mayonnaise
  • ~ Lettuce leaves
  • Put diced apples into large bowl;sprinkle with lemon juice. Add celery,nuts andtoss. Add mayo or salad dressing to hold together and serve on lettuce leaves.
