Banana Bread

  • 4 cups Flour, all-purpose
  • 7 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar, granulated
  • 4 1/2 cups Mashed Bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla flavoring
  • 3 Eggs
  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Stir together in a bowl the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar. Set aside. In a separate mixing bowl mix bananas, vanilla, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake for one hour or until an inserted knife comes out dry.
