Pecan Pie

  • 3 medium Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cups Corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  • 1 tablespoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 9 inch unbaked or frozen pie crust
  • heat oven to 350degrees . in large bowlstir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Makes 8 servings.
