Sugar Free Applesauce Cake

  • 3/4 cups Butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar replacement
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons Cloves, ground
  • 1 teaspoons Allspice
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2 cups Applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cups Water, boiling
  • Cream together the margarine, or butterand sugar replacement untill light and flufffy. Beat in the eggs, sift the restof the dry ingredients together. Combine the applesauce and the boiling water. Add the flour mixture and the applesaucemixture alternately to the creamed margarine or butter, beat to blend. Pour into greased and floured pan, 13 x 9 Bake at 350° for 45-50 min. or untill the center is done.
