Beat And Eat Frosting

  • 1 large Egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cream of tartar
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/4 cups Water, boiling
  • Put eggs white, cream tarter, sugar andvanilla in large mixing bowl, add boiling water, beat on high speed untill desired thickness.

    This recipe doubles well.
