Bakers Icing
Mix flour and milk till smoot. Cool slowly, stirring constantly until mixtures thickens. Remove from heat and cool. If you have a mixer on stand, beat at low speed till cool, Add butter and shortening mix on low speed till blended. Add salt beat on high until smooth. Blend in sugar little at a time, on hight, till allsugar is used and no sugar crystal are present. Add vanilla beat one more minute.
