Potato Pancakes
Combine eggs and milk in mixing bowl. Grate potatos and add to egg mix imediately, just the potato, not any juice. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonful into a lightly greased skillet. Stir mix each time before adding more to skillet. Cook slowly until they are well browned, turn and cook the other side. Makes 18 3 inch pancakes.
