Cookout and BBQ, Salads and Dressings

Barbeque Slaw

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoons Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons White pepper
  • 4 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • Mix all the ingredients except the cabbage in a medium bowl. Stir in the chopped cabbage, cover, and let sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

    Serve along Carolina Pulled Pork barbeque or, Carolina style, on top of the pulled pork in a pulled pork sandwhich.
