Apple Brownies

  • 2 cups Sugar, granulated
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 3 cups Apples, chopped, peeled
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts
  • Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl and beat well. Add the next four ingredients, then blend in the vanilla, apples and nuts to make a thick batter. Sprinkle with some sugar, bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until done.
