Shortbread Creams

  • 6 ounces Plain flour
  • 2 ounces Rice flour
  • 2 ounces Sugar
  • 4 ounces Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Bicarb soda
  • Cream butter and sugar, add egg, beat well, lastly add flour and rinsing.

    Put through biscuit forcer and bake in a moderate oven.

    When cold join together with a filling maade of icing sugar, a littlebutter, a few drops of vanilla essence and mixed to a smooth paste with hot water.
