Teddy Bear Cake

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups SR flour
  • ~ Vanilla essence
  • Cream butter and sugar, add eggs on at a time, beating well; add milk and vanilla and lastly flour, bet for 10 minutes.

    Bake for 45 minutes in a hot oven.

    (This also makes nice lamingtons)
