Savory Meat Loaf
In a bowl place steak, finely chopped bacon, pineapple and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper.
Mix together in a separate bowl the pineapple juice, worceshershire sauce, soup and egg.
Combine the 2 mixtures.
Place in oven proof dish with lid or cover with cooking foil.
Bake in a moderate oven for 1 1/2 hours, allow to cool while still covered then chill
