Savory Meat Loaf

  • 1 1/2 pounds Minced beef
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs, soft
  • 2 slices Bacon, finely, chopped
  • 2 slices Pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Chicken Noodle soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces Pineapple juice
  • In a bowl place steak, finely chopped bacon, pineapple and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper.

    Mix together in a separate bowl the pineapple juice, worceshershire sauce, soup and egg.

    Combine the 2 mixtures.

    Place in oven proof dish with lid or cover with cooking foil.

    Bake in a moderate oven for 1 1/2 hours, allow to cool while still covered then chill
