Strawberry Fruit Pie
Line a pie dish with pastry made with SR flour and bake shell until light brown.
When nearly cold fill with stewed apples, strawberries and bannas.
Cream egg yolks, sugar and milk, pour over fruit and bake until set.
Berat egg whies to a stiff froth, heap on top, sprinkle with chopped nuts and return to oven until golden brown.
Serve hot or cold with boiledcustard or whipped cream.
