Quince And Tomato Jam

  • 2 pound Quinces
  • 3 pound Tomatos
  • 5 pounds Sugar
  • Peel and mince the quinces.

    Add the tomatoes, peeled and the sugar.

    Boil for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
