Custard Pie

  • 9" Pie crust
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 1/4 Cups Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Fold edge of uncooked pie crust and flute edges with fingers.

    Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar and salt. Blend well.

    Add milk and vanilla.

    Pour into pie shell Bakeat 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bale 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is done.
