Custard Pie
Fold edge of uncooked pie crust and flute edges with fingers.
Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar and salt. Blend well.
Add milk and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell Bakeat 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bale 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is done.
