Strawberry Puffs
Bring to boil water and butter; boil briskly until butter melts, sift in flour and stir gently until mixture leaves thesides of the saucepan.
Cool for 3 minutes.
Add eggs (one at a time) and beat until smooth.
Put talbespoons on a greasedcake tin and bake for 45 minutes in a good oven.
When cold fill with Strwberry filling: Cream icing sugar and butter, add hot milk and mashed strawberries, then add icing sugar to make a soft and creamy filling.
Split each puff at one sideand insert filling.
Put a small teaspoonful on top and decorate with a halved strawberry.
