Very Berry Mousse

  • 3/4 Cup Boiling water
  • 1 Pkg. (4-serving size) Very Berry BarbieT Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 Cup Ice cubes
  • 1 Cup Sliced strawberries
  • 2 Cups Thawed whipped topping
  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

    Add strawberries; stir. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour evenly into dessert glasses.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
