Raspberry Slice
Cream well together butter and sugar, add a well beaten egg, then gradually stir in SR flour.
Spread in flat well greased tin.
Spread with raspberry jam and cover with the following mixture; 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut and 1 egg, all beaten well together.
Bake in moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
