Steamed Chocolate Pudding
Cream butter and sugar till as white aspossible.
Add beaten egg, then the milkin which the cocoa has been blended, and lastly the flour and vanilla.
Pour into a greased mould or basin, cover with greased paper.
Steam for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
Remove paper, turn onto a hot dishand serve with chocolate sauce.
