Rhubarb And Apricot Jam

  • 1 pound Apricots, dried
  • 3 pints Water
  • 4 pounds Rhubarb
  • 6 pounds Sugar
  • Soak dried apricots in water overnight.

    Next day simmer until tender.

    Add rhubarb cut into small pieces and sugar.

    Boiluntil it sets.
