Peach Jam

  • 6 pounds Peaches, fresh
  • 1 cup Water
  • Juice of 1 Oranges
  • Juice of 1 Lemons
  • 5 pounds Sugar
  • Peel and cut peaches, and boil slowly with the water until tender.

    Add sugar and fruit juice, and boil gently for 1 1/4hours.

    Bottle hot and seal cold.
