Cakes and Frostings

Queen Cakes

  • 3 ounces Butter
  • 3 ounces Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ~ Flavouring essence
  • 5 ounces SR flour
  • Cram butter and sugar, add well beaten eggs and then flour gradually.

    Stir as little as possible after adding flour.

    Bake.

    This foundation also does plain cakes for lamingtons or a steamed pudding.
