Quick Chocolate Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups SR flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Water, boiling
  • 2 tablespoons Jam
  • 2 Eggs
  • ~ Milk
  • Sift SR flour with cocoa, add sugar andbeat in melted butter in boiling water..

    Add jam, eggs and enough milk to make mixture fall off the spoon.

    Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
