Garlic Lover's Steak Sandwich

  • 5 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 large Yellow Onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Fire-roasted red bell peppers in a jar
  • ~ Olive Oil
  • 3/4 pound Sirloin steak
  • 8 French rolls, halved and basted
  • ~ Garlic butter
  • In skillet, saute garlic, onion, and peppers in olive oil until onions are tender. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Brush rolls with garlic butter and toast lightly on grill. Slice steak thinly, grill, and place on bottom of roll. Top with garlic-pepper mixture and other half of roll.
