Cakes and Frostings
Peach Blossom Cake
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add beatenegg and essence.
Sift in dry ingredients and sprinkle with jelly crystals.
Add water, mix thoroughly.
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
Ice with white icing and sprinkle with red jelly crystals.
Orange, pineapple or lemon jelly crystals may be used instead of raspberry.
