Spainsh Rice

  • 4 tablespoons Butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup Green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onions, diced
  • 1/2 pound Minced beef
  • 3 cups Rice, cooked
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 cups Tinned tomatoes
  • Cook green pepper, onion and meat in butter, stir frequently, until meat is lightly browned.

    Add reamining ingredients and cook gently for a further 10 minutes.
