Hearty Beef Stew

  • 2 lbs. Stew beef, cut 1" cubes
  • 5 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 3 stalks Celery, sliced
  • 1 28oz. can Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 whole clove Garlic
  • 1 Bay leaves
  • ~ Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Mix thoroughly. Coverand cook on Low 10 to 12 hours. or HIGH5 to 6 hours.
