Savory Roly Poly

  • ~ Flavoured mincemeat
  • ~ Onions
  • ~ Herbs
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • A filling dish for a cold. Mix all ingredients, and roll in a suet crust. Tie in scalded floured cloth, and boil 1 hour for cooked meat, 2 hours for fresh mince.
