Tea Cake
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, gradually add milk.
Sift SR flour, cornflour and salt, add to the mixture, lastly add the .lemon essence.
Bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
If desired when warmspread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
