Puff Pastry
Rub flour, butter and salt together, then pour in boiling water.
Mix well and leave to get cold.
Butter may be dissolved in the water and added to the flour.
When ready roll out and spread with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Do this 2 or 3 times, then it is ready for use.
