Sausage Pie

  • 1 small Onions
  • 1 pound Pork sausage
  • 2 large Tomatos
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 pint Stock
  • 1 pound Potato, mashed
  • A little Butter
  • Peel, slice and fry the onion.

    Grill orfry the sausage, then skin them, cut into halves lengthwise, and lay half of them in a piedish.

    Cover with onion rings and the peeled and sliced tomatoes.

    Add salt and pepper and remaining stock and sausages in the dish, and cover with a layer of potato.

    Dot with butter and brown in a hot oven or under grill
