Raspberry Tartlets

  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup SR flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornflour
  • ~ Raspberry jam
  • ~ Mock cream
  • Sift flours, add sugar, rub in butter lightly and mic eith the beaten egg.

    Rollthinly and make into tartlets placing jam as a filling.

    Bake for 15 - 20 minutes in a quick oven.

    Put one teaspoon of mock vream on top of the tartlets when cool.
