Rich Rice Apricot

  • 3 cups Rice, boiled
  • 2 cups Apricot, pulp
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg or Cinnamon
  • Boil 1 cup of uncooked rice (this makes3 cups cooked rice).

    To rice add milk apricot pulp, sweetened with the 1/2 cup sugar, and bring gently to boil.

    Add beaten egg and nutmeg or cinnamon.

    Stir for5 minutes longer on a very low flame.

    Serve hot with cream or ice cream.

    Serves4.
