Sausage Rolls
Soak the breadcrumbs in water, add the breadcrumbs (with as mush water as they would absorb) to the minced meat, then add the seasoning and mix well together.
Roll out the pastry very thin and cut into strips about 3 inches wide.
Put minced meat along the centre of the strips ofpastry.
Wet edges of pastry with water.
Draw the edges of the pastry together above the meat and press together, makinga frill. Glaze pastry with milk.
Bake in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into short lengths before serving.
