Cookout and BBQ, Pork Mutton Veal
Sausages In BBQ Sauce
Brown the sausages light in hot oil andremove from pan.
Brown sliced onions, then add flour, then brown slowly and steadily.
Stir in vinegar, brown sugar, chutney, sauce, celery, mustard and water.
Add sausages and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook gently over a low flame.
Serve hot with a thick sprinkling of chopped parsley.
