Tuna Loaf
Slightly beat yolks, add salt, mustard,dash of cayenne, mix well and add butter, milk and vinegar.
Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Dissolve gelatine in hot water.
Add carefully to the mixture.
Flake the fish, add and pour into a mould. (If setting in a ice box or refrigeratoruse less gelatine.
