Cupcakes By Claudeen
Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and 1 tsp. salt. Beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Set aside Sift in mixingbowl: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda,1 tsp. salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until mixed.
Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full with chocolate batter.Drop heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into chocolate mixture.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
