Pineapple Marshmallow Parfait

  • 2 ounces Rice
  • 3 ounces Marshmellows
  • 1 small tin Pineapple, crushed
  • 1/4 pint Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • Wash rice and cook until tender, drain and chill well.

    Cut marshmallows into small pieces.

    Add the crushed pineapple torice and stir in the marshmallows pieces.

    Whip cream, fold in sugar, and add toother ingredients.

    Spoon into individual dishes, top with walnut pieces and icecream.
