Beef, Mexican - Spanish, Soups and Stews

Chili

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Red kidney beans
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Tomatos, stewed
  • 1 can Water
  • 2 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • Brown meat & onions.

    Drain fat.

    Add beans, tomato soup, tomatos, water & celery.

    Cook 30".

    Add salt, pepper & garlic salt just before serving.
