Corn Beef Hash

  • 1/2 cup Canned corn beef
  • 1 tablespoon Catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Bacon fat
  • Combine hash, catsup, and dried onion thoroughly. Saute in bacon fat in coveredskillet over low heat for 10 minutes. Serves 1.
